We make every effort to ensure that all information and prices are correct. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions, and are not liable for any misunderstanding based on any information displayed on this site, with our liability limited to the cost of any item, if returned in original condition. If there are changes we will confirm them with you prior to shipment. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you need to return it, contact us to obtain a returns number and return it in the original packaging. Returns to us are at your own risk and you are liable for all costs, carriage and import duty charges even if we pay them. Returns attract a 10% restocking charge, if not covered by the UK Distance Selling Act. If you cancel an order, once it is placed, but prior to shipping, you may also be liable to any cost we have incurred in dealing with it. We aim to provide a fast turnaround of orders, however, we are a supplier of specialist items, and sometimes they take time to obtain. In general, please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, and 30 days elsewhere dependant on size, though we will normally beat these times. Where items are not available for dispatch as described our terms and conditions we will always keep you informed, supply later, or refund any payment if it has been taken. Payment is in Sterling (UK£), and can be by VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, or American Express. Your card provider will convert the UK£ to your local currency. The prices include UK VAT. Non UK customers will need to pay any local taxes on receipt. For security all credit card details are transfered via the secure server protocol. For large orders, or for fast turnaround, please contact us. Postage and packing for UK card orders is just £2.00. For International card orders, postage and packing attract a charge of 30p per card, with a minimum of £3.00 up to a maximum of £40.00. All Jewellery orders are shipped for a flat rate of £4.50. All Fatboy bean bags are delivered free in the UK, and attract a charge of £100.00 per item Internationally.
